Résumé de la review de Hadou par WingFoilRiderMarch 19, 2026
F-ONE Strike Quad-X
The 2026 F-ONE Strike Quad-X is an ultra-premium wing that introduces a revolutionary 4-layer material to replace Aluula. Boasting extreme stiffness and a featherweight of 2 kg (4m with boom), it is designed for demanding riders, freerace enthusiasts, and freestylers. Ranging from €1199 to €1849, it can handle very high inflation pressures to provide a stunning "spring" effect. However, this extreme rigidity makes it more physically demanding to ride in strong winds for lighter individuals.
Strengths
- 🚀 Innovative Quad-X material : A 4-layer sandwich (including Ultra PE) that is highly resistant and potentially more durable than Aluula.
- 🪶 Featherweight : Only 2 kg on the scale (4m with boom), offering an absolute sense of lightness.
- ⚡ Stiffness and power : 12 PSI inflation on the strut provides a magical "spring" effect when pumping and immediate lift for jumps.
- 🌊 Surfing excellence : Maintains the exact same perfect neutrality as the V6 during free-fly phases.
- 🛠️ Premium ergonomics : The modular system pairs perfectly with the fully-gripped and well-finished carbon boom.
To improve
- 💰 High budget : A premium pricing strategy reaching up to €1849.
- 🛒 A la carte equipment : Handles or the carbon boom require an additional purchase.
- 💪 Physical in gusts : Its extreme stiffness is less forgiving and can shake up lighter riders in strong, gusty winds.
- ⚠️ Technical handling : Like the V6, it requires a firm forward weight commitment during tacks to avoid being pulled off balance.
